| Existing Subscriber Renewal Form without Login |
NEW: In February 2023, the DVD Register switched to Square Space as the Merchant Processor. Square Space will collect your payment information.
Instructions:
- Use this form if you don't know your login. Click HERE to renew if you know your login.
- No credit card information is collected or retained by the DVD Register.
- This is a one-time renewal and will NOT create a recurring charge on your credit card.
- A renewal is
for a 12 month period. There is a 30 day grace period for expired subscriptions. Your renewal will be
bridged back to the date of expiration.
- If you reactivate an expired subscription over 30 days, then you new
subscription will be for 12 months from the date of your order.
- A single renewal covers you whether you are using the web based DVDR2.0 service or the legacy desktop service.
- When completed, an email receipt will be sent to your email address.
- Reactivating your subscription requires a manual fulfillment. You will receive a confirmation email when your server credentials are updated.
